Please feel free to talk about anything Wagyu or Kobe Beef here on the JB Kobe Farms Blog we need some people to get this thing going! You can Also visit Our Web Site.

I just wanted to go over some health benefits of Wagyu Beef specifically there are some prominent Wagyu sires that carry a Exon 5 Gene, all Wagyu is good and is rich in mono-unsaturated and omega Fatty acids, more so than other breeds but Wagyu with the Exon 5 gene even have higher amounts of the desirable healthy fats. SCD comes along with the Exon 5 Gene and is the gene responsible for converting saturated to unsaturated fat. The Exon 5 gene that is unique to the Wagyu Breed and traces back in the genetic record thousands of years.

This is awesome news as JB Kobe Farms has descendants of the Wagyu Bulls that have this Gene, that just makes our meat another step better than your average Wagyu Beef. So why eat anything but Wagyu? That is a good question as it truly is a magical breed and you get great taste, juiciness, and flavor with lots of health benefits and without having to resort to grass fed beef which is typically kind of dry.

We are a family owned and operated business and we take a lot of time to raise each animal that hits your plate. they are cared for and spoiled like no other cow. Our products cost more than other beef because it takes more money to raise it.

BLOG AWAY EVERYONE PLEASE.
